They coined the phrase in 1993? Anyone have an FRH from prior to that point to see if it appears further back? Something about this article doesn't feel right.

According to the notes I have on this page for MRE Menus 1993/94, FRH's were only added in 1993. And IIRC, I took those notes from Natick's own "MRE Improvements (Historical)" document from their website...but darn them! They just changed their website and looks like 90% of the content they had there is now gone - including all those MRE documents.
