What is the cost for 1-5 units/packs shipped to Pennsylvania? Is there a minimum amount to purchase or ship?
16 000 rations of my own brand - high quality - beef stroganoff with rice for sale. its freeze dried and it comes in a self standing pouch. preparing: add boiling water in the pouch. best by date in 20 month from now. 
alternative 8 000 double rations.
