The FDA has found salmonella bacteria on jalapeno peppers imported from Mexico, sources in the industry tell CNN.

Oh no! I put some jalapenos in the jambalaya that I cooked last night!
... not to worry, as the liquid was bubbling, I'm pretty sure that it was well over 140ºF

Technically, anything new that gets reported is "Breaking" news. An hour from now, it'll just be regular news.
At least they found the source of the salmonella. That stuff has hit a few people here in Charlotte.

Did they say where the jalapenos were shipped too? I wonder if any got to the East Coast because i just bought a handful of those things for my b-b-q LOL just my luck LMAO

Tabasco sauce is aged in wood barrels for three years, so no worries!
Also, they use 'Tabasco' peppers....
Chipotle IS jalapenos tho
