I will. The tracking number said delivery was supposed to be today, but it looks like it will be delayed until next week. I suppose I deserve it for holding faith in the honesty of a major delivery "service".

Well, these are certainly a bit interesting. Not a review (yet), but here are some pictures of one of the Corn Beef Hash MREs in the lot. The first thing I checked were the menu listing from the early 90s MREs and noticed that none of the components in this MRE line up with official listing of items in the Corn Beef Hash MRE. Secondly, take a look at the pack dates on the individual components. You'll notice the Corned Beef Bash and Potatoes Au Gratin were packed on 3028 and 3145, respectively. So is it a 1993 MRE? Next, take a look at the pack date on the Cheese Spread. If you can't make it out in the picture, it's 8327. The orange beverage powder is dated 0306. And the toilet paper is the old fashioned kind with the strip that keeps it enclosed.

This is really odd. So, they must have been trying to use up leftover stock to get everything out of the warehouse. Any other ideas? I'll make sure to take some pictures of the other rations as well.

Wow, that must be what it is, and it also doesnt have a FRH, so thats strange in its own right too since its a 1993, which perhaps does confirm its civillian style? Wonder if the menus will be different then even if theyre the same main? Thanks for sharing these with us!

Mine are also not the correct menu components for the year....or any year. Mine also has strange hand written Sharpie on the main carton.
