Probably the metallic taste of it going bad. any punctures would have been noticeable due to leakage.
Make sure you post your vid, i'm interested to see it. that's one of the few menu's i've never tried.

I am uploading it now. It took longer this time because its longer than 15 minutes. Apparently, there was a copyright claim that I needed to take care of before I could re-enable longer videos.
ITs uplaoding right now and says its going to take 49 minutes. Then I have to wait for it to convert.

Even with no obviously reason/source of that (any!) odd taste - dump and don“t finish it! We know 5 years is no age for ration, but they can spoil.

That's yet another reason why I no longer put anything edible inside the FRH envelope.
