I finally found a place in Fort Worth that sells MRE's

Post by SPikeDiegel » Fri Apr 15, 2016 4:00 pm

I found these guys and cases of them at Army Navy Warehouse on 302 Main st i Grand Prairie, TX. Sorry about the spelling guys I was on my phone as fast as I found the MRE's.

I was thinking about doing an unboxing video for this one since it was made by Ameriqual Packaging instead of Sopakco to see if there is anything that was different from RC Gusto's review.

It may be only a matter of time before they run afoul of the "Commercial Sale is Unlawful" aspect.

That's already happened. They have the whole story and the Ebay take down notices posted as well.
When it comes down to it the Government has bigger fish to fry because you could argue that buying any government issue
surplus would fall under the same category and then they would not get money from people who would buy surplus.
Otherwise that stuff would be taking up space in a warehouse somewhere.

I am working on my first MRE review for the Pork Rib. I just hope it held up after 5 years. but after some of the videos I watched it looks like it just might have.

What's the problem with buying mere's I do not get it? Is this why I can not get any? You would think they would be busy looking for hajeez or people moving furniture from Columbia lol

Look at the Ebay info they posted the Government tried to stop it a few years ago, but it ended up no working because they hand out MRE's to Civilians for disaster relief

Ok I was recording my Brisket Entree review for a 2011 MRE and the Brisket tasted like the pouch and/or the fumes from the FRH. I could not find any punctures. Is that metallic taste of it going bad or did the metal foil leech into the brisket?
