Hi folk
new guy here :D

but in answer to your question why are they all 2004
seems they only start getting released after 3 years
after chomping these for years i noticed
2006 tended to be 2003 rations
2005 " " 2002 "
and so on
used to be supplied meals right from the source of some of them
tinned hamburger/beefburger/hotdog supplier westlers
that was the only way of getting newer than 3 years
but was still no difference in taste

Welcome to the forums, clogger! Good idea on the British rations. Makes as much sense as anything else we've been guessing. :-)

Its just rotation. The 2004 packs are being released as they are about to run out of shelf-life. All the ones we get are mostly 2004 at the moment.
