exchanged KSK EPA and French Australia ration

The Aussy/New Zealand ration pack in Kato's picture above, clear plastic with the large blue A, is a real ration no worries with that one. that TP61 ration is not a military ration though.

Germany don´t has any special forces rations at all.

The Bundeswehr (German Army) has only the EPa:

Newer EPa leicht (different crackers)

The EPa leicht is issued in foreign countries mission to all troops, not to KSK only

As Rudi (jubifahrer) said, nobody had confirmend the Austrian rations yet, so we don´t know if they are genuine or not.

Somebody from our German forum wrote to the Herta company, asking the same question.
They replyed that it is "confidental" because it is for the military. So they can´t answer his question what the differences are...

Means there is a difference in/at the food also.

The civilian has a limited shelf life, the military has not - it´s "unlimited"

But they don´t use "chemistry" for conservation, they use glucose

Some entrees are the same like the Cevapcici, means avialable at supermarkte and in EPas.
Some are made for the EPas only like the vegetables with tofu, goulash with potatoes etc.

I corrected my post to read Aussy and New Zealand (the downunder fellas) the picture in Kato's group showed that type meal they use.
Sorry, I was not sure what was being talked about... I have never seen the Austrian rations either????

is a genuine French Army issued item.

What an amazing pile of BS!!!

You just have to appreciate the irony in that the "manufacturer" was so intent on making that ration look "official" that it looks terribly fake.

HAHAHA, this sniper on the packet, is as strange as the WWII Wehrmacht soldier on the rations sold by Trail Pack. Maybe the same guy makes them on his kitchen table corner

this kind of austrian ration is the one i meant.

nobody can confirm if its real army stuff and as it is from the same seller iam afraid that it is a fake too.
