Hey folks, I was browsing the Long Life Foods Depot website yesterday and noticed they've added
19 new Tray Ration items.
Some sound pretty tasty! BBQ Pulled Pork (
burp!)..... BBQ'd Pork Ribs.....(
slurp!!)..... Beef Burgundy (
glurp!!!)..... And even Chili Dogs! (fart!

Hmmm...$22 per tray (free shipping) or $72 per case of 4.
This is a prime example of why you shouldn't look too close at your food rations:

Kman, I had a couple later trays(polymer type) but the sausage links were pork(mostly), nothing about turkey. That was a good 5+ years ago. I've seen these turkey sausage links advertised, here lately. It could have been a metal tray, I can't remember now. It was'nt turkey sausage links, though.

You ain't kiddin. Too bad they can't get the pics up. I'm going to have to check it out. The US Gov't probably let all these go, because they were .006 oz. under weight. Thanks for the heads up.

Just save some of those BBQ`d Pulled Pork trays for me guys! I see an order for a couple of those and some of the hamburger buns coming up in my near future......

FYI: Long Life Food Depot now has pictures up on their site of the new T Ration entrees they're carrying ---- be prepared to have your taste buds working overtime!

Thanks for the heads-up on the pics. Some of those look pretty good - except maybe for the glazed carrots...yuck!
