I get it, but whats with the "semi-camo" packaging? I think I saw some of the packaged ramen in 2 or 3 local Oriental food stores, from pics in your earlier post. :wink:. OLETROOP will really be interested in this. 8)

Some of it does not look very good. That white thing with the beans showing through looks like a suet cake for birds.

The red beans and white rice is a staple in some chinese households.
The red beans give the plain rice some added color and a bit of flavor.

Not too sure what the protein was..

It never crossed my mind that it could be rice that those beans were trapped in. The beans are probably the protein. It would be interesting to know how many calories were in this compared to MRE or RCIR.
