Found this at a garage sale this morning, almost fell over when I saw it laying on a table. I wonder what time period it’s from and what’s missing?

Here is a complete example of an Accessory Packet from a 1955 RCI in my collection. The Soap was tucked in with the cans seperate from the accessory packets and as such is not included in the Accessory Packet contents. Yours is likely from an RIC produced no earlier than 1951, though the contents would have been virtually identicle.
