Do you ask for British "cold climate ration"?

partly yes. but I've heard Denmark and Dutch have cold climate rations .I also welcome them.

"cold climate ration" is the "name" of the British ones. Maybe you can be more specific or ask for "any", except US MCWs?

I don't know about that . How about ration for cold climate ? I'm not native . So I'm not sure this is correct .

I only have one left so I can't help you :c but if you go to th4 spreadsheet in my bio you can look at what comes in each menu for 12 2019, which is the batch where about 30 cases got sold. Apart from menu 4, menu 4 13/2019 has had incorrect contents from the menu sheet for all I've seen
