I did some quick web sleuthing and found someplace where they won a bid on 47 pallets of MREs - they seem to have a generally good rep in the gear community and for that price delivered - i am willing to gamble on $160-ish. In this climate i can easily turn those cases around for $100. Plus they're in the same town as Ft Bragg. + what @cavguy said.

UPS brought me a present today from AWS.

2- MRE cases with 2017 pack dates and 2020 expiration.

Was impressed with the privacy wrap, was scared i was being sent a kilo of something

TT indicators are not too bad. I have seen worse.

That’s a good sign! When I first saw this, and then saw that “no choice of dates” I was immediately suspicious they were selling older junk. Your post definitely put some of that suspicion aside.

You just came from a warehouse over on the coast of North Carolina they were stored in a non climate control Warehouse. I know about these because I was bidding on them too but they had deeper pockets. Other than that for the most part they were in good shape
