It would have to be 2001. That would be one of the current generation of MRE heaters that has the cloth cover rather than the first generation that was sandwiched between cardboard. The first generation of FRHs were called Zesto Therm, and the True Tech name was adapted with the release of the second generation of FRHs; both brand names belong to the Heater Meal Company.
