Wasted food, including MREs. According to the article, no one was allowed to take the food and it was going to be discarded. This made me pretty angry, not just because those treasured rations would be tossed, but because there are people there who are still in need of aid and aren't receiving it.

It's such a poor government and mismanaged state-of-emergency. I'm not sure about that article's claim that the government in PR is deliberately sabotaging relief efforts; I think it's entirely possible they're just criminally inept.
