latest dates?

Does anyone know what the newest packing/ testing dates are for various MRE's that can currently be purchased?

The latest I've seen on eBay have been from 09/2006 for the date packed. Someone is currently running a decent deal - $72 for 2 cases with reasonable shipping - but those MREs are from 01/2006 and will still contain the 2005 menus.

Is searching for "mre" the best way to locate them on e-bay?

I usually search for "mre*" to catch all possible versions.

And that $72 price is the buy-it-now price - $70 starting bid so it's worth it to just grab the b-i-n price. Be sure to check out the seller's feedback - I've emailed with them but never bought anything from them.
