Great review! Sucks that yours didn't hold up that great, but typically these don't. The blackberry jam was probably okay though, but I wasn't there to smell it and honestly, I'm crazy 
The chocolate fudges are almost always rancid, not sure if its the oils or something but they always have a weird motor oil taste. Strange that the peanut butter didn't hold up either, considering they almost always do. I've never seen the tuna opened before and jeez.. that is pretty scary looking. I'll bet the smell was horrifying, as well. Probably wasn't popular when it was served.
