Neither(unfortunately), 2 year college level Polytechnical, crazy brutal at times, we as students ran, managed and cooked for an in school restaurant. Based on my experience and time there, plus a week long boot camp at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), I was accepted into the CIA...before ending up in the IT field. I had debated FCI or Le Cordon Bleu, they all did presentations for us I would have been happy with any of them though.

I would kill to take a class at the CIA. it's on my bucket list.

I never had any formal. but worked enough lines and kitchens.....in a way I hated it, but damn if I don't also miss it.

so are you in the hardware or software side of IT?

The time at the CIA was an amazing experience, the none High School age bootcamp is around $2-3K USD these days I believe. Every once in awhile I'll go up to tour and have dinner, it just feels like home. Same,I hated some of my time in the kitchen but miss it too. A bit of both, company I work for provides help desk and onsite support for small and medium businesses.
