That's looks pretty good! I usually just put a beef roast in the crockpot with half a bottle of this marinade:

But I like the idea of using ranch seasoning, onion soup mix, pepperocini's, and butter. I might have to give that a try next!

I have made this with au jus instead of French onion and it's pretty delicious. There are some recipes that have more ingredients, to include mayo, which is a bad idea because of food borne illnesses.

I've done it, and I can say it works just as well as a pork loin as it does with a beef roast.
