Ok, I'm a little confused here. How am I giving the government a loan of my tax overpayments?

They keep your overpayment (each paycheck) until you file for a refund.
Interest free loan to obumer...
Hard to avoid, as taxes change all the time..

PS: Does your wife know that you plan to upgrade her to a newer model??? :lol:

Anyway, they broke the mold and deleted the plans when they made my wife, sooooo.....
