As far as I know that`s not spanish. Spanish army has some rations for muslim soldiers but the spanish rations are not 100% halal. I mean, they are like any other spanish ration but just with no pork. Halal means the animal has been slaughtered by a true muslim butcher, looking to the Meca, the butcher must say a prayer as the animal dies etc etc.... The spanish rations for muslim soldiers are like any other rations but just with veal instead of pork.

All the best.

Luis

(Actually if they are spanish, it`s the first news I have about it....)

Yeah, like LaughingMan pointed out, it's a UN Ration. Spain did make their own Halal rations too though, and there's a pic of one of those lower down on the first page of this thread.

Well... that`s a pretty weird ration. The burner looks french, definitely. On the sugar or the Tuna it`s curious because it`s written in Portuguese (“Açucar” and “Atum”) but the company (Jomipsa) is definitely the company that makes the Spanish rations. Never seen one of these before.
