Who is interested in an MRE shirt in the traditional color

Post by dex » Thu Jan 12, 2006 2:22 pm

I would like to get a feel for how many here might be interested in a shirt for $15 total, shipping included in the tan color and with the graphic on the front and no other graphics.

What menu item would you want? Should I blow the graphic up a little or keep it the same size as the packaging?

Could you be so kind as to email me @ wpapac@yahoo./com. I have something to discuss w/ the powers that be @ MRE. Info. Nothing horrible, I assure you.

Cool - glad you like it! I wonder how long it's going to take before someone stops you and says "Hey! I didn't know they had live maine lobster MREs! Where can I get one?"

I have a question for Rob, our Ameriqual insider:

So, what's up with the difference in packaging? For years, Ameriqual printed the pouches with sort-of double-print look, instead of the standard look.

Here's two pouches and you can see the "Peelable Seal" imprint clearly just below the center (at left) and another just above the center of the package (at right) when it should be at the top:

Also, do you know why, in 2004, Ameriqual printed some of the new MCWs (Meal, Cold Weather) with a pouch that says "Food Packet, Cold Weather" when the new MCW came out?

Well, I finally got these printed. Took my bro quite a while but we managed to find what we wanted. I don't want to cut into k-mans business but he said it was alright to present the shirt I came up with here. I will extend the same deal that I currently have introduced at GlockTalk.com. first come first served, limited quantities to begin with.

The shirt matches the color scheme of the MRE quite nicely and I don't have any ads running on it, just plain ole MRE. High quality 100% cotton with professional screenprinted graphics.
