WTB: RCW's, MCW's, & More

Post by steve1989 » Wed Dec 22, 2010 8:41 pm

Hey my name is Steve Thomas I'm here in Lakeland Florida - weather is beautiful - this is my 1st post, I've been lurkin around the site for a few days till' I got registered.

I've loved MRE's since I was a kid (21 now... guess I'm still a kid) they were always fun to find & eat. I got em' at my local army & navy back when they actually had genuine military units.
I just enjoyed a full case of 1993 MRE's this week. Nothing was bad except the Mars bars and M&Ms, and 2 out of 12 coffees had a pinhole or something and had a dry mold. The crackers were perfect... just amazes me how 17 year old food could still be so good! The Ham slice was scary looking but fresh as the day it was packed I only tasted a couple bites off each entree because this was before I did any extensive reading that MRE"s last much past 10 years if sealed and stored even somewhat properly.

To the point:

I wanna buy some RCW's, MCW's, Freeze Dried fruit bars from the older MRE's, possibly even whole 1993 MRE's if they were stored well enough like the ones I just had - also I wanna buy alot of those MRE Crackers & Hot Chocolate mixes.

I'm willing to pay whatever those RCW's & MCW's are worth... I never tried either before and I want to so bad man! Those Blueberry fruitbars from the RCW's sound sooooo gooood! AAAH!

Well anyways... it would mean alot to me to get ahold of those. I have fantastic feedback on Ebay (well its my mom's account but don't worry we have like 2600 positive feedbacks its her 2nd job and it keeps our roof on our heads.).

If anyone has any RCW's MCW's MRE Crackers, and hot chocolate mixes - not to mention any old school freeze dried fruits (the ones they say reconstitute with 2 ounces of water.. I just eat em dry they're sooo good!) please let me know!

I have a budget but I am willing to pay WHATEVER you think is fair for even a whole case of RCW or MCW's.

Thanks again for reading this - gee I hope someone out there that reads this actually has some RCW's for sale.. it's an upsession I HAVE to get some! lol

Hey! Also - I tried to get some from this guy today but he says he wont ship and hung up on me but hes GOT RCW's!!! Heres his craigslist link hes in California. I'm in Florida... :( http://bakersfield.craigslist.org/spo/2121125233.html

Looks like he's trying to sell half a RCW for $5...
One A version, and one B version make up One ration!
The yellow stuff you see on the packages is the glue used to hold two bags together...
