HDR´s are comming in the same cases as MREs.

Storrage, handling and transportation would be much more easier in cases that in these bales.

See, this was my thought too. I've seen HDRs in cases. I'm still at a loss for what could be bailed like that. The yellow seems to be a protective overwrap. Whatever it is obviously is slightly compactable, as evidenced by the way the strapping is "cutting into" the plastic.

It's interesting...there are 8 of those yellow packages banded together but they're not on pallets - so are they light enough to be picked up some other way?

I know HDR's come in cases similar to MRE's.... but I thought of a helo or a cargo plane distibuting them like what they did in Afghanistan before tyhe color switch.....
But still I wonder if there are more facilities like those through out CONUS...hmmmmm
