The ones I have are the 8 oz. pouches as opposed to the 10 oz. trays they also sell. I haven't tried one yet but until there, here are some pics of what I have:
When I received the box in the mail, my first thought was "Oh crap, I hope that's not the kosher entrees!" because the box looked so small. I don't know what I was expecting but 11 8 oz. entrees just don't take up that much room.
To give you an idea of scale, I put a TOTM on top of the box of My Own Meals:
The boxes are about as long and just a little bit thicker than MRE entree boxes so I guess you really can cram a lot of them into a small package.
