I seem to recall these all coming out of C-Rats, none of these have the Ciggarettes in them.

Too bad they don't have cigarettes in them or you could probably make $50+ apiece. But even without cigarettes, that's a pretty good deal. If I didn't already have a dozen of the same ones sitting around my garage, I'd probably be interested.
