I think that's just an (un)lucky coincidence of lot numbers. Here's the code from another one:

Good, Kman, I was scared the Gov't. of the United Nations ordered these. 1 of many, I can't figure the date codes on these. Got 6 unopened CWR's from the person down at Ft. Benning, that lives West of the time zone down there. Other items tend to be 2003/4 pack dates.
