Tray Ration Questions

I just got 6 trays. I'm planning on using my vacuum sealer to break them down into smaller packages. Then, I'm going to freeze them. That way when I want a quick meal all I have to do is dump the puch into boiling water. I got the pulled pork and the buffalo chicken. I, also, got the scalloped potatoes with ham. I don't recall the others. I'll have to look when I get home.

Been there, done that. They were just coming out with T rations when I retired. Heck, when I got out mre's were new. This was 1984 FYI.

I know thats right. You got out just when I went in. The drills at Benning kept telling us, C-Rats are gone, and you cheese-dicks are going to eat these brown bags of sheisse, like it or not. Now get down, and Push Georgia Away!

Nah, they said shiesse, they were at the firing range, he just misunderstood.
