If only the MRE pork rib was like this

since its not, then the current rib is just as tasty as is. I think it would be an interesting experiment to take a few MRE ribs then throw em on the smoker for about 15 minutes or so. Don't hink I'd get as good a smoke ring but It'd be fun to try.
