WW2 K-Ration Set with Provenance
Forgive me if I post anything incorrectly this is my first post and I know very little about mre's in general but I came upon this box at a garage sale and I know OldSmokey and Have talked with Steve MREInfo a few times and thought you guys would appreciate this, I am going to be listing it on ebay, but it's pretty neat. One of the Rations is opened and not in the best shape but the other two are still wax sealed.

I haven't the slightest Idea, I was hoping someone here might be able to tell me they open and are cigar shaped so I was guessing that might be the use.
