C-RATIONS- B-UNIT-Turkey and Dumplings, Date Unknown?

Would something like this have the cigs inside the accessory packet? The package just says accessory packet on it and it has a single wrapped up spoon. Also the packer of the ration is SOPAKCO.

It will depend on the year of production. Cigarettes were removed from all rations in the early 70s (can't remember which year precisely).

The first can is marked Pound Cake. It also has the number 31109 stamped on the top. The second can is Turkey and Dumplings. The bottom is stamped P248 and 9264D. The third can is marked B Unit Crackers and Candy. It has the number 1179 stamped on it. The last can is marked Peanut Butter Fortified. It is stamped PX 03109.. It comes with an accessory pack and plastic spoon.

Is there a way to get the year from these numbers on the cans?
