I am going to be getting a British 24 hour ration soon thanks to blackdogbob, but I kinda need to know how they heat it. Do they come with the stove, or a FRH or how exactly should I go about heating my mains? Thanks!

Get the biggest saucepan you have, put the meal in there and fill with boiling water, keep heat and simmer for 10 minutes

The guys would carry a small folding stove (fuel tablet type stove) and then heat it in water.
