URP - Ultimate Ration Pack

Ok guys, as the title says, if you were to make a 24hr ration pack, using the best and nicest bits from all the ration packs out there, what would it be.
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
Maybe somebody on the forum that has a lot of spare part could put a picture togeter
It does not need to be specific, ie wet cold or dry ration
