Which gulf war era MREs came with an oatmeal cookie bars?

I found these on ebay, but I'm not sure if any of the 4 menus include the oatmeal bar,

According to the menu list, it looks like none of those menus come with the oatmeal bar. Bummer.

I think these are from 1987 or pre-87. If you are looking for the hard as a rock solid oatmeal bars (tasty!) you will not find them in these. But menu 1,4,10 and 12 should have a oatmeal bar chocolate covered.

Yes, look for 1989 and up production dates, those should have what you are looking for. Use our reference page too;
