The astronauts aboard the Space Station will have Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow, and it's an MRE. Turkey, mashed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, cherry/blueberry cobbler. All in MRE pouches.

Slightly off topic, but there are a series of youtube videos. Where a particular astronaut records his day to day activities aboard the station. That also include some specifically about food, and experiments and ideas involving the Myth Busters show. Can't call exactly the name of the video series. I'll make another post with a link once found.
