It's commercial ration 1 individual meal, they have 12 menues available. Modules are A -breakfast, B -lunch, C - dinner and each have four menues 1/2/3/4. Food is from the same company that makes it for the RF Armed Forces.

Thanks for the info asger. I've seen these pop up on eBay every once in awhile. It's nice to know what these are.

NP guys, here is roughly translated menue list
Module A
Menu 1. goulash with potatoes.
Menu 2. Meatballs with potatoes.
Menu 3. Meatballs with pasta.
Menu 4. Meatballs with beans.
Module B
Menu 1. Ravioli in tomato sauce.
Menu 2. ravioli in a creamy sauce.
Menu 3. Meatballs with beef.
Menu 4. Beef Meatballs.
Module C
Menu 1. barley porridge with beef.
Menu 2. Buckwheat porridge with beef.
Menu 3. Boiled rice with beef.
Menu 4. Rice with chicken and vegetables.

And I'd like to try some as soon as I can. I have 2 French RCIR on the way to me as well as 2 US MREs and a lithuanian individual ration. Contacted "delicious" on this about Polish rations also. Next up is probably Russian if I can get some though I'd be interested in trying any that I could sample really as I havnt yet tried many. Mostly British as I could get those in an army surplus place when I was in Wales
