What are the best civilian MREs and rations?

There are many different types of civilian MREs and rations. Ranging in many different sizes and prices and especially food contents. There are plenty of military style imitations and various types of freeze dried camping foods. Also to mention the various types of survival foods that are advertised for the end times

My favorite civilian MRE's are MKS (Meal Kit Supply) - - by a mile. Best menu variation and freshest components.


Runner up would be Mountain House meals - but those are just entrees.


Go with MKS - easiest to acquire & most bang for your buck.

I have to agree. I don't use civilian "wannabe" meals but in looking at all the TwoYube videos, the ones from Meal Kit Supply seem to be closest to genuine MREs in both quality and quantity. So-called MREs from some other places are little more than TOTM meals with no sides and substitute items.
