What are the best ways to buy international rations? How hard is it to get them shipped to the US?

Honestly....Ebay.

It's gonna give the biggest variety, and shipping is pretty much gonna be the same no matter what. The good thing is if you look around on here, you'll see reference to some of the best sellers who've been at it a while and know the tricks to get things thru without problem.

Other than that, it's do a lot of legwork, make friends, and do some trading. Every once in a while you'll luck up. All I can say is keep trying. It took me a while to get my first international, but it was worth it. ;)

Here is a link to a website in the UK. I used them once when I first started getting stuff. http://www.surplusandoutdoors.com/ Just type in ration packs in the page search box.
