The only one missing is the MRE Cookbook from 1984, the link above is for the updated one released in 2002. I'm not really sure why an artifact that new is on a Vietnam site, however.

FYI, there is an error on the 1stcavmedic page and one page is duplicated in their archive. I've written to advise them.
