As we had no idea what to cook today and we had kids and grand kids over for dinner, I gave a 2003 T-18 a try:

after opening, no suspicious smell nor taste despite the tray had some little bends and corrosion on it.

My plate with turkey slice and noodles. The turkey was very tender and I liked the "thin" slices, the gravy had a nice, salty taste. I really like that dish and would have it again. After a little cooling down, you noticed a slightly metallic taste, but we kept eating it.

Great pics! I remember this meal too, it tasted ok but the texture of the turkey was more like "chopped and formed" type meats - also it was very stringy thin meat.
