Had one of my all-time favorite meals today while fishing. Menu #24, Southwest Beef with Black Beans is simply delicious. This one (date code 3336) came with tortillas and jalapeno cheese, so I was able to have quesadillas along with the beef stew. One squirt of hot sauce from my condiments stash was all it needed for perfection. I think it was a SOPAKCO, but I forgot to check.
If you haven't had this one, make every effort to get one. The beef is chunky with good texture, the black beans and corn add great flavor, and the sauce has a touch of chili powder in it. No preservative off-flavors at all. And they finally got the side dish right!
