Erbswurst

Just today I got a parcel from Hagen. It arrived super fast, from Germany to OKC took 11 days! 
Well He sent me some Coffee Type I , an oldie but goodie but the "piece du resistance".... 10 tubes of Erbswurst!!
5 grune or regular bacon and 5 gelb or smoke bacon.
Immediately I made one and it reminded me of the ol' Lipton Split Pea Cup o' soup...yummmmm

Overall the taste is awesome like old fashioned split pea soup.
Is very thick and hearty one it dissolves and let it mix nicely with the hot water.
My wife had also a taste of it and she really enjoyed it!.
Good for a nice cold winter night...
One question... How much is the sodium ( Na-natrium) content?

- La piece de resistance....Erbswurst!!!!
- I opened the yellow one which is smoked bacon flavor.
- I used one tablet with 8oz( 1/4 ltr.) of hot water. I let them cook for a while as it thickened. Still have a few specs not dissolved so next time I simply crush the tablet in a powder for easy cooking.
