29 Year Old Honey

Here is another item i dug up during sandy.
Clover honey
Expired in 1985, assuming 1 year life it was "made" in 1984.
At first there was no liquid, it had completely crystallized.
When i took these pics it had melted some from being on the counter
Best honey i have ever tasted it was amazing even better than it was 20 some odd years ago

Honey is the only natural food that never goes bad, IF is pure natural honey not mixed with any other sweetener..

With the way this tastes, im considering getting a bucket to let sit and age
The flavor has really enhanced over time, almost like how wine ages.

Hi,
I've heard about honey found by locals in a pre-columbian grave and it was still ok some 500 years later!

500 year old wild flower honey sounds amazing, i would love to try some.
Is anyone an archeologist?
