RCIR menu 5 review

Last friday I had a meeting with my scuba diving instructor and shared an RCIR with him, as research for romanian ration prototypes I'll make. So, fellows, the RCIR, menu 5:
So, the content:
Opened cans:
Taste test:
Salade orientale: taste very good, a little un-salty but flavourful, fulfilling meal. I think it was without meat.
Tortellini pur boeuf: very, very good. Meaty, a very nice tomato sauce, perfect for field.
Potage champignon: creamy, some mushrooms bits, DELICIOUS. Very good to drink on a chilly day.
Salmon pate: again, delicious. I'm not fond on fish, but this I'll eat anyday.
Biscuits: enough for a day, very good, the salted ones suitable for dishes, the sweet ones very good with jam (strawberry in this menu) or plain, with hot chocolate or coffee/tea.
Desserts: dark chocolate - very good, fruit jelly - very good, caramels delicious, the rice with milk is the best military dessert I ever eaten.
Drinks - not used.
Final opinion: very good, very tasty, enough food for a day of "hike" in the mountains.
