[Question] German ration

Post by laughing_man » Mon Dec 12, 2011 3:41 pm

I looked at the pictures of new German ration.

Is Type I, II, and III used still now?
Or were they abolished?
Is Type V, VI, and VII (or more than IX) similarly a plastic bag style?

type 1-3 is still the same in the cardboard box.
since half an year or so there are 19 (!!!) different german EPA. type 1 to 3 is the calssical box and the rest are all packed in plastic. in fact there are different manufacturers and the plasticbags have different colors. clear, brown, alu, ...

 if you ask me: stay with the classic cardboard rations. the rest is 90 % civil stuff (which you can also get from me)

I'd bet the troops are glad of more variety!
The same four menus day after day would be bad for morale...
