I like freezedried food so I tried another one I got from most northern buddy Norge

"Fish" isn´t a *this* often seen dish in the ration world, so I was even more excited about the cod-taste

Note it´s 520 kcal!

The freezedried inside the bag

After adding boiling water and let soak as advised, I got

a nice looking and fine fish-smelling dish. The food itself was rich, mashed potato like with nice "fish pieces" of a good texture.
After adding a dash of salt, I got a very nice fish w potato dish. A very nice alternation to alle the chicken... pork... dishes

Olli,

thanks you for that nice review :D ! I have that entree in my "storage room" (ist also from norge) too, I had some doubts to taste because of the fish contents, but I will do that now in near future :) ! The high kcal content of the freeze dried food is really amazing :o , I guess they add much fat :?: !

So long mreheater72

Speaking of which where is Norge? I could have recalled some time ago he was planning on taking a trip to the mountains with his family and friends. Hope he didn't get caught in a late spring snowstorm.

Actually, no.
