I ran across this report of a home fire caused by poorly stored MREs; http://www.wdam.com/Global/story.asp?S=10781598
I was especially amused by his explanation that his kids had slashed the MREs open to get the candy and cut the FRHs open in the process. Obviously, there was nothing he could have done to avoid any of this from happening.
