Nope - those are Sopakco's older "M-Packed" MREs - even less stuff in them than the Sure-Pak civilian MREs. Even worse, I think they stopped making those MREs around 2000 or so - and those MREs in the picture look like they're dated from 1999. Not a great deal for US$70.
