In addition I have 95 MRE heaters, but I am not sure how to go about shipping them. Does anyone know the procedure?

pack it in a box and send it off

I quite honesly would rather do it the RIGHT way. My luck is very bad and knowing that I can take no chances...

FRHs are classified as "Dangerous When Wet" by the US postal service, and are considered as ORM-D materials. As such they can only be shipped domestic mail by surface transportation(ORM-D).
