24 Hr rat packs

Quite a fun read....Just wish people would remember we drink gallons in the field. Everytime we stop moving for longer than 5 minutes burners are out and tea is on! Once totally baffled a Texan ANG lad on exercise by brewing up whilst providing Fire support to another Company's attack.....

Heheh, we used to do the same thing when playing enemy on excercises - we'd be in position waiting to be attacked by the 'good guys', brew up, have a smoke, etc...fire the odd shot to let them know we were still there...

When i was in i was a Odd exception, i hated Tea and coffee.... so i would brew up hot Ribena..... i got the pish taken a fair bit and some of my mates still call me "Berry" ..... and Ribena hides the taste of puri tabbed water better than tea IMO
